DXL Parcels Conditions of Business

1) All Goods are moved under "RHA
(Road Haulage Association) Conditions
of Carriage 98" Copies are available
upon request and can also be viewed
on our web site.

2) Under these conditions our liability
is limited to £1.30 per Kilo.

3) We recommend that you arrange
sufficient insurance cover to protect
your interest. We can arrange extended
liability cover on your behalf and this
must be confirmed by a signed letter
from us for each shipment.
Additional charges will apply.

4) We are not responsible for loss to
you of any profit, loss of custom, or
indirect loss of a monetary or
consequential nature.

5) Payment for charges is due on
the 20th of the month following the
month of invoice.

6) Interest is charged on overdue
accounts at 4% per month.

7) Accounts which are overdue by
28 days will be charged a monthly
late payment administration fee of
£25 per month.

8) If a summons is issued in relation
to an overdue account a fee of £150
will be charged for preparing the
summons. This is in addition to the
court fees.

9) Next working days do not include
Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
